Tickets for some live events may now be purchased through the Ilkley Manor House Box Office. The Box Office will only be available during the opening hours which are normally 11am – 4pm, Saturday and Sunday. Please speak to a member of the Ilkley Manor House team.
The web page for the event will indicate whether tickets for it can be purchased through the Box Office.
Please note that refunds for tickets purchased through the Box Office will not be available within 30 days of the event unless stated otherwise. No refunds can be made through the Box Office. To obtain a refund for tickets purchased through the Box Office, please email admin@ilkleymanorhouse.org attaching an image of the front and back of the ticket and proof of ID or send the ticket with a copy of your proof of ID (please do not send original documents) to Operations Manager, Ilkley Manor House Trust, Ilkley, LS29 9DT.
Please note that where an email address is provided this may be registered with Eventbrite to enable e-tickets to be reserved.
