Halloween in Castle Yard and the Ilkley Arts Studio

Get ready for the spookiest night of the year with The Manor House! Carve a pumpkin, make a bat and create the Halloween Tree of Dreams. Warm up with spooktacular hot drinks and local produce in the Yard.

This year the Manor House is happy to hold a family fun event for everyone who loves all things Halloween. The activities include a pumpkin carving workshop where everyone can design their own unique pattern which will be carved by one of our volunteers, creating a cardboard bat which will make a perfect Halloween decoration and taking part in making a Tree of Dreams by preparing a magical leaf to appease the spirits. Hot drinks as well as various types of bread, brownies and pretzels will be available in the Castle Yard to keep you warm and ready for all the spooks that will await you.

Pop in and spread some mischief with us on this special day!

Free entry. £3/child for crafts.
