Leeds College of Music is proud to present performers from the first and second years of the new Folk degree. Students are encouraged to be original in their compositions, song-writing and arrangements, they employ a cross-genre and cross-cultural approach to traditional music performance. These exciting performers are inspirational in their portrayal and enjoyment of global traditional music, including pieces from all over Europe, America and further afield. Expect performances with originality and flair from this new generation of folk and traditional musicians.
