SOLAR GALLERY: Landscape, Lace, and Luminosity

1st Mar 2025 - 27th Apr 2025
11:00 am - 4:00 pm

The Solar Gallery’s spring theme is Landscape, Lace, and Luminosity.

Named after the historic room it occupies, the Solar Gallery is a permanent space upstairs showcasing the diverse work of professional painters, printmakers, photographers, sculptors, and textile/ceramic/glass artists. Some are established with decades of exhibition experience, while others are students just beginning their artistic journey!

The ‘Landscape, Lace, and Luminosity’ theme allows the artists scope to focus on unique viewpoints, diverse weather conditions, and unusual colour combinations, with work ranging from realism to pure imagination.

This exhibition runs on weekends from 1 March to 27 April. Ilkley Manor House is open on weekends from 11am to 4pm. Entry is free unless stated otherwise; no booking is required. Please check the website and our social media for the latest updates before visiting.

Accessibility Information
This event will take place in the Western Gallery, accessible from the ground floor via a staircase of 18 steps. Please note that there is no lift to the upstairs area.
