COFFEE MORNING: A New Roof for Ilkley Manor House

5th Dec 2025
10:15 am - 12:00 pm

Join us on 5 December for our final coffee morning talk before we close for the winter break.

Roger Tilbrook, a trustee at Ilkley Manor House and retired Chartered Building Surveyor, will explain, in simple non-technical terms, the reasons for and challenges associated with replacing the roof of the Grade I-listed Ilkley Manor House.

Tickets to attend the talk in person are FREE but there is an option to leave a suggested donation. Please book via TicketTailor by clicking this link or in person at the Box Office on weekends when Ilkley Manor House is open so that we can manage audience numbers. Tickets may be available on the door but will be subject to availability.

Arrive at Ilkley Manor House at 10:15am to have time to get a hot drink and biscuit. The talk will start at 10:30am, lasting roughly an hour, with time for questions at the end.

Accessibility Information
Coffee morning talks usually take place on the ground floor in the housebody. Depending on the number of attendees, this talk may take place upstairs. If held upstairs, the event will take place in the Western Gallery, accessible from the ground floor via a staircase of 18 steps. Please note that there is no lift to the upstairs area. Please let us know beforehand if this would be an issue.
